Where to send
- The easiest way to send us completed forms is at our Self Service via section Messages and Notifications or via the eesti.ee portal. Our range of e-services is constantly growing.
- Please send the completed and digitally signed forms saved on your computer to [email protected].
- Please send the printed, filled in and signed forms to the customer service of the social security office of your choice, their postal addresses are listed here.
- The forms can be brought to the nearest Social Insurance Board office. You can also fill in the forms on the spot with the help of our specialists.
- NB: When you come to the office, make sure you bring your identity document and bank account number!
