Access to the self-service portal is available using an ID card, Smart-ID, or Mobile-ID. Once your video consultation booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions.
If accessing the self-service portal is not possible, the proof can be sent to us:

Proof of life can also be provided in person at the Social Insurance Board’s customer service offices. Please ensure you bring a valid identity document with you. You are welcome to visit any customer service office of the Social Insurance Board that is most convenient for you.
