To request a certificate, please submit an application in one of the following formats:
- In digital form with a digital signature to [email protected]
- Through the Social Insurance Board’s self-service portal (the document does not need to be digitally signed)
Or send a printed and signed document:
- By mail to Paldiski mnt 80, 15092 Tallinn
- Bring it to the nearest customer service center
