Decisions on maintenance allowance to be visible in self-service

From the beginning of April, the decisions on maintenance allowance will reach the recipients through the self-service of the Estonian National Social Insurance Board. 

The decisions on maintenance allowance will be visible to both the recipient of maintenance allowance and the obligor in the maintenance claim through the self-service. Upon completion of the decision, a notification letter will be sent to the email address in the information system, or in the absence thereof, to the official email address ending in eesti.ee.

We recommend that everyone who is waiting for a decision on maintenance allowance enters the self-service at iseteenindus.sotsiaalkindlustusamet.ee immediately and sees if we have their valid email address. You can also change it yourself, if necessary.

You can use an ID card, Mobile-ID or Smart-ID to enter the self-service environment.
